After a bout with depression in 2013, Skylar realized she needed a change. She turned toward minimalism with intent to simplify her life and cut stress out as much as possible. In her pursuits to find all things relaxing, she dabbled with Buddhism and, TADA, found her passion in yoga and meditation. She received her accreditation for yoga instruction from the Hawaii School of Yoga and has been making a difference one life at a time since 2015. These days Skylar can be found loving life and teaching all forms of yoga classes in her SoCal boho-inspired studio. With over five years of experience, Casandra specializes in vinyasa and restorative practices, helping students find balance and mindfulness on and off the mat. Casandra completed her 200-hour teacher training in Bali and is dedicated to creating an inclusive and nurturing environment in her classes. When she’s not teaching, you can find her exploring local hiking trails, experimenting with plant-based recipes, or enjoying a good book.
James is a dedicated yoga instructor and wellness coach from Austin, Texas. With a background in anatomy and mindfulness, he brings a holistic approach to his classes, focusing on both physical alignment and mental clarity. James completed his 300-hour teacher training in Costa Rica and enjoys incorporating elements of meditation and breathwork into his sessions. Passionate about fostering a sense of community, James aims to inspire his students to embrace their unique yoga journeys and cultivate a deeper connection to themselves.
Abby is a vibrant yoga instructor and wellness enthusiast from Seattle. With a background in dance, she weaves movement and mindfulness into her teaching style. Abby specializes in hatha and yin yoga, encouraging her students to explore their bodies and breath in a supportive atmosphere. When she’s not on the mat, you can find her enjoying local art exhibits, hiking in the Pacific Northwest, or practicing herbalism.
Olivia combines elements of ashtanga and chair yoga to make practices accessible for all levels. After completing her 200-hour certification in India, she dedicated herself to creating inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive. Outside of teaching, Olivia enjoys exploring the city’s diverse neighborhoods, experimenting with photography, and volunteering at local wellness initiatives. She believes that yoga is a powerful tool for personal transformation and aims to guide her students toward greater awareness and self-acceptance.
